Is Quidsnap free?
Yes — scanning receipts, categorising spend, and viewing summaries are free upto 15 scans. Reports and unlimited scan are part of an optional Plus plan.
How does the AI read my receipts?
Quidsnap uses on-device OCR plus a vision model to detect the store, date, line items, and total. Faded, crumpled, or angled receipts? It handles those too. You can edit anything by tapping — and the app learns from your edits.
Do you connect to my bank?
No. Quidsnap is receipt-first by design — your spending stays in your hands, not piped from a bank feed. That makes it perfect for cash spend, mixed payment methods, and reimbursable expenses.
Where is my data stored?
Receipts and totals are stored encrypted on your device first, with an optional encrypted sync if you sign in. You can delete everything at any time. No third-party trackers, no ads.
Can I export my data?
Always. Any month can be exported as a PDF or CSV file. Great for tax, accountants, expense claims, or just a personal archive.
