Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Quidsnap app. By creating an account or using Quidsnap, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
Quidsnap is a receipt scanning and expense tracking app operated by Sachin Tamang, an independent developer based in the United Kingdom.

2. Using Quidsnap
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old to use Quidsnap
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your account password secure and not share it with others
- Use Quidsnap only for lawful, personal purposes
You must not:
- Use Quidsnap to scan receipts or documents you are not authorised to access
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
- Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Use Quidsnap for any commercial data harvesting or automated scraping
3. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately at hello@quidsnap.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free and Pro Plans
Quidsnap offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan.
Free plan includes a limited number of receipt scans per month.
Pro plan unlocks unlimited receipt scans and additional features, billed monthly at the price shown in the app.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective policies. We do not process payments directly.
To cancel your subscription, do so through your device's subscription settings before the next renewal date.
5. Your Content
You own the receipt images and data you upload to Quidsnap. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data and we will never sell it.
6. AI Receipt Scanning
Quidsnap uses AI technology to scan and extract data from your receipts. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that extracted data will always be 100% correct. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying your expense data.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Quidsnap running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee the app will be available 100% of the time. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance or updates. We will try to give advance notice where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quidsnap is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any loss of data
- Any financial decisions made based on information shown in the app
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Quidsnap at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Quidsnap after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
